Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your rug. As a general guide, metro deliveries typically take 3–4 business days after dispatch, while regional deliveries may take 5–10 business days. Larger rugs may require additional delivery time. For homes with children and pets, we recommend choosing rugs that combine softness, durability and easy maintenance.

Polyester rugs are an excellent choice for families, offering a soft and comfortable feel underfoot, good resistance to everyday water-based stains and great value for money.

Polypropylene rugs are another practical option, known for their durability, stain resistance and easy-care properties, making them particularly suitable for busy households.

Washable rugs are ideal for managing everyday spills and little accidents, while wool rugs offer natural comfort and long-lasting quality with a little extra care.

For easier cleaning, we recommend choosing a low to medium-pile rug and pairing it with a non-slip underlay.

Choosing the right rug size can make a big difference in how your room looks and feels. A well-sized rug helps define your space, creates balance and brings your furniture together.

As a general guide:

• Living Room: Choose a rug large enough to fit at least the front legs of your sofa and armchairs. Popular sizes include 200 × 290 cm, 240 × 330 cm and 280 × 380 cm.
• Dining Room: Allow approximately 60–75 cm of extra rug space beyond each side of your dining table so chairs remain on the rug when pulled out.
• Bedroom: Ideally, your rug should extend 50–70 cm beyond the sides of your bed, creating a soft and comfortable landing space.
• Smaller Spaces: A 160 × 230 cm rug can work beautifully in compact living areas, bedrooms or cosy corners.

Our tip: Before purchasing, use masking tape to mark the rug dimensions on your floor. This will help you visualise how the rug fits within your space.
